I Felt That Someone Punched Me In The Stomach...upper Stomach....it

I felt that someone punched me in the stomach...upper stomach....it seems like it comes back every 2 weeks, just like clockwork, at 9pm at night.... it hurts for a couple of hours then goes away....I thought maybe it was ab workout I was doing that was pulling a stomach muscle YYYY@YYYY
