I Fet Something Pass Out Of My Vagina When I

I fet something pass out of my vagina when I was urinating. When I looked in the toilet it appears like an inch long (roughly) lump that was white ish with a bit of pink in the middle. It looked to me like a little alien! I was embarrassed and not thinking and just flushed instead of trying the test it so nothing I can do now. I am on the the pill and mostly use condoms as well. Haven't had any bleeding or cramping lately at all. Had a bit of bleeding (brown, old blood) a few weeks ago now but assumed it was just my body adjusting to the pill again as only started it 6 weeks ago. Please help, freaking out a little.
