I Find It Hard To Get Around I Am Having

I find it hard to get around I am having very back pain when I walk I go out so day on a bike,I love it ,but when I get off the bile an try to walk it a joke the pain come back I am 5f 6 I am adout 18 st,can u help an I not a very good eater I love mealie that all I eat in a week I have Eat 4,5 bar that it ,I have high blood pH, Disabilities 2. very Deppress,sorry I not a very good speller hope you can understand me I am 38, life just seen to be getting worst for me hope u can help me Michelle Dublin,I need to lose weighted to I don't understand carbs all that talk ,I don't like salt, I don't take sugar in T,
