I Finished My Antibiotic Two Weeks Ago. I Was Seen

I finished my antibiotic two weeks ago. I was seen by my physician who said I looked good. He sent me to have a second chest xray that showed I continue to have opaque discoloration in my right lung. I suddenly started coughing pretty heavily and I don't see my doctor for two more weeks. Should I be concerned?
