I first the first time in my life have to look at my Heart condititon first I have stabbing pain s but if I burp it clears so what is that?? next I think I have inheritated my Mother aorte valve my Cholestrol was to high last visit tot he Doctor s June 2015 I dont drink do drug s or smoke what kind of diet should I be on and I may need heart meds I had those for but havent taken them lately any suggestion s ?
