I First Took The Depo Shot In February 2016. My

I first took the depo shot in February 2016. My last period was in mid January. I didn't have any period for February at all. So yesterday I went to the bathroom and when I wiped it was pinkish color. Well later than night when I wiped again it was totally red. So I thought okay it's my period. Whe. I wake up this morning super super crampy. Bearable, but definitely uncomfortable. Well it was normal bleeding for the majority of the day. Just a little bit ago, I went to wipe and noticed two pieces of tissue like this go that came out. Was pinkish red in color and dark red on the corners. I didn't know it it was a blood clot or if it was a miscarriage. Please help!!!!!
