I Flew Back From South Africa About 4 Weeks Ago.

I flew back from South Africa about 4 weeks ago. During the flight I developed a pain behind my right knee. It disappeared after a while but now I have a pain just below my right shoulder blade on my back. It is keeping me awake at night as I can't get comfortable. Do you think it could be something flight related or has too much time elapsed.
