I Flew From Chicago To Sarasoda Fl A Couple Months

I flew from Chicago to sarasoda Fl a couple months ago I had a hugh bruise on my left arm the day after we arrived Don't remember how I got it Can it be from flying? I have high Blood Pressure {on Meds} an High Cholestrol {on meds} an have noticed I still have a very slight bruise
