I Forgot To Take My Lisinopril For Lunch Today Because

I forgot to take my lisinopril for lunch today because I forgot my medicine this morning. I was feeling okay, but about 3pm today picking up medication from the pharmacy I started feeling sick on the stomach and my head began to hurt. once I made it home I checked my BP and it read 144/101, I just took my pill. I have no idea what to do besides try and find a physician. Both parents have it.
