I Found A Condom While Wiping After A Void. I

I found a condom while wiping after a void. I had a baby 11 weeks ago and had my first period September 1st.
I am unable to have another baby at this time and I am very scared that I could be pregnant.
Condom was intact and my fiance ejaculated while wearing it.
What can I do?
