I Found A Grape Size, Move Able Lump Between My

I found a grape size, move able lump between my left labia and leg crease. It is about parallel to the clitoris. It has been there for a few weeks, has not grown in size, and is not painful or discolored. I'm a little concerned about it being something bad! Please help.
