I Found A Lump In The Lower Right Side Of

I found a lump in the lower right side of my neck near my clavicle along with 5 papules near the center of my clavicle. I went to my doctor 6 days ago. She perscribed antibiotics and an antiinflamatory. Since then i've gotten a second lump near the first at the lower right side of my neck. My doctor thinks it's a swollen lymph node. What could this be? My condition is getting worse.
