I Found A Lump On My Labia, Its Small And

I found a lump on my labia, its small and painless. I then found another between my vagina and anus, again small and painless. This is very recent. The only other lump i am aware of is below my neck but above my chest, and when i went to my doctor about it she said it was a skin cyst.
