I Found A Pea Sized Flesh Colored Bump On The

I found a pea sized flesh colored bump on the edge of my anus a few days ago. It's become quite painful now and I have no idea what it is or what to do about it. I thought it may be a hemorrhoid but everything I've read said that it would be dark colored if that was the case?
