I Found A Prescription Bottle Of Zyrtec On My 16

I found a prescription bottle of Zyrtec on my 16 yo son's dresser, is his friends father's. Is there a reason other than allergies my son might have it? Like is there an effect from it that teen's might want? He is an athlete, so very surprised to find this.
