I Found A Red Raised Lump At 12 O'clock Outside

I found a red raised lump at 12 o'clock outside of outer labia, tenderness when palpated. Noticed Friday night, now above this spot additional redness, not as raised and not painful. No itching or burning, I do shave. Thoughts? Started antibiotic ointment today no discharge
