I Found A Small Hard Lump Right About My Clitoris.

I found a small hard lump right about my clitoris. It's maybe a little smaller than a pea and I can grab it between my fingers. It does not hurt unless I put enough pressure onto it. What could this be and does it require immediate care or can I take care of it from home?
