I Found A Small Hole (barely Larger Than The Tip

I found a small hole (barely larger than the tip of a ball point pen) sounded by darker discolored tissue on my vulva this morning. It was bleeding slowly, just a drop or so, so I ignore it figuring it would close up, I must have scratched myself or something, right? But I came home from school and it is still bleeding. I starting poking at it with some tweezers out of curiosity and found I was able to easily slide the tip of the tweezers into the hole with very little pain.
I have dealt with ingrown hair and cysts both on my vulva and elsewhere, but this is totally foreign to me. For now I have put a drop of liquid bandage on it. Should I be worried?
