I Found A Small Rash Like In My Rgt Hand

I found a small rash like in my rgt hand 3weeks ago. From a week it has spread on my hands n face. From yesterday al over d body. No itching n al. But day by day it s increasing. A Dr prescribed Bernalillo n hicet but no use . I m taking ayurveda treatment presently but scared a lot coz nt even a bit it has decreased. Rashes have badly seen. Is it a fungal infection? Hw do I get rid of this??
