I Found A Small Red Bump That Is A Tiny

I found a small red bump that is a tiny bit hard and a little bit painful on my stomach near my belly button. I have a bug bite on my leg and it looks like a bug bite on my belly, but I can't tell. It doesn't grow when I poop or cough, and doesn't shrink when I lay down. Could it be a bug bite?
