I Found A Third Testical Over Two Years Ago,IIt Is

I found a third testical over two years ago,IIt is the size of a large grape, I am worried about what it might be ? I waited so long to start asking questions to see if it would go away on its own, like a calcium pocket. but anyway, it does not hurt or does not effect anything sexually, but I wanted to know if it could be cancer ?
