I Found A Tick On My Upper Arm Tues Morning,

I found a tick on my upper arm Tues morning, appeared to have been there over night. Wed morning woke up with a bad cough & fever. Slowly got worse & got fatigue, body aches, & nausea between wed & Fri. Sat & today have not gotten worse just stayed the same. Discovered a spot on my other forearm. Black spot, size of a pen tip, with a reddish circle around the black spot. Should I go to the er or wait it out to see if I get better, or develop more symptoms
