I Found A Tiny Yellowish Ball With A Black Dot

I found a tiny yellowish ball with a black dot on it in my stool. I used a q-tip to squish it and it was hard, but then erupted like a cyst with "slices" of yellow stuff and one curved piece and the outside of the ball was like a translucent shell. What could it be ?
