I Found An Over The Counter Pill On The Floor

I found an over the counter pill on the floor in my parents' apartment. No one at the pharmacy seems to know what it is. I was just hoping for an answer if possible. It is round, red, blank on one side and says cystex on the other side. Any thoughts? Thank you.
