I Found My 2.5y/o Had Gotten Into Our Medicine Cabinet

I found my 2.5y/o had gotten into our medicine cabinet and she was surrounded by Exccederin and Prenatal vitamins on the floor when I asked if she ate any pills she said yes and continued saying yes after I pointed stuff out that was impossible for her to open and Injest and asked if she ate it and she said yes so i dont know what she ate or not. I'm concerned she may have eaten a pill or two. She has no signs or symptoms of anything as of now. She is her happy self what do I need to do?
