I Found My Child Carrying A Full Bottle Of Mosquito

I found my child carrying a full bottle of mosquito repellent, it was smelling to his hands, I'm not sure that he put it to his mouth, I try to smell his mouth but nothing, now he can't sleep he is crying, what must I do, or what must I give to him
