I Found My Wife Unconscious In The Shower Two Days

I found my wife unconscious in the shower two days ago. It was found that her heart was stopping for more than ten seconds at a time. She had to have a pace maker put in. She is still having the same symptoms leading up to the point when she loses consciousness. Face goes sheet white very light headed dizzy sometimes accompanied by Nassau and a headache. Doctors keep saying everything is normal on ekg ct blood work
