I Found Out I Have A Rectal Vaginal Fistula From

I found out I have a rectal vaginal fistula from my episiotomy from giving birth. My dr used hydrogen peroxide and water for a test to see where it was located and I was bleeding from my bum a lot the first day and now lightly bleeding. It's been 3 days. I've been extremely nauseous and can't make a bowel movement. Is this normal? Btw when as soon as he put it in my bum my body went into shock. I was shaking, cold sweats and running to the bathroom every min or so just to release the blood from my bum.
