I Found Out About 6 Months Ago That I Tested

I found out about 6 months ago that I tested positive for Mrsa in my nose . I thought it went away after a round of antibiotics and myprocin in my nose for 10 days. I just went back today to have what I thought was a sinus infection but the doctor thinks it may have come back . I am really scared to take antibiotics again . I don't do well on them. What is the best treatment ? I am also worried that it may become someday resistant.
