I Found Out I Was Pregnant At 5-9 Weeks They

I found out i was pregnant at 5-9 weeks they didnt give me an exact date from the sonogram. I was in the hospital twice for cramps i would say was a 7 out of 10 and major vomiting. I am now 14 weeks and 2 days and i feel no movement. Decrease in vomiting but when i do its pure stomach acid that just spews out. Mind you this is my 3rd. I had an abortion for medical reasons for my second. This would be the third time being pregnant. I also have smelly discharge thats kinda sticky, and soaks my underwear. Could this be a sign of a deceased fetus? I still have the cramping and the same 7 out of 10 rate.
