I Found Out I Was Pregnant Went To See My

I found out i was pregnant went to see my midwife. Then went for my dating scan but unfortunately there was no heart beat. They told me i was 10 weeks but the baby died at 6week. But iv had to have two dnc cause the first one they didnt remove it all then i ended up with an infection which then i had to go back in for the second one. But im just wounding all this iv had to have done is it going to calls problems for me to have kids?
