I Found Out Today That I Have Bicuspid Valve. I

I found out today that I have bicuspid valve. I am waiting on an appointment with a cardiologist to find out more. I am 35, 5'9" and 140 lbs. My husband works at a theme park and I take the kids there regularly - should I be avoiding the rides? Also, what about caffeine? Thank you.
