I Found Some Medication Here, That Fallen Out Of The

I found some medication here, that fallen out of the bottle, it is a rather small pill, in a kinda light pink, or white looking color, it has cpco on it, I am wondering if it could be Alprazolam? I have anxiety attacks along and it has been awhile since I have had one, I'm wondering if this could be for anxiety attacks ?
