I Found Some Rash On Both My Lower Legs Yesterday

I found some rash on both my lower legs yesterday when I took a shower. I live in the high country and have been wearing snowboots alot to shovel out . I do have a history of shingles from ten years ago. They
were on my back. I have been putting large bandages over the area on my legs .
