I Found That I Have A Tube Of Diclofenic Sodium

I found that I have a tube of diclofenic sodium topical gel 1%. I have has terrible pain in the tendon that connects my ankle to my foot. Chronic tendinitis! I rubbed some of this on it and there was instint relief. Is this what it is for. Also my SI joint very very painful, will it help for that as well?
