I Found What I Thought Was A White Head On

I found what I thought was a white head on my wrist a few days ago, which I popped. It has now returned with a crust and surrounded in red. I also found some red markings about an inch away on my hand which looks like it may be spreading. It is not painful, but slightly tender. Can't find anything online that looks like it either.
Your thoughts?
