I Fractured My T12 Vertebrae Back In 2009 And I'm

I fractured my T12 vertebrae back in 2009 and I'm still having complications and pain no surgery was done due to me having Factor V Leiden deficiency disorder I'm wondering what can be done to relieve the nerve pain in the back and the pain and tingling I get in my left hip all the way through my left leg and toes.
