I Fractured My Left Knee Cap And The Surgeon Inserted

I fractured my left knee cap and the surgeon inserted thee screws (done by a trainee) and two of the screws are rubbing against each other done in Oct 2017, Also have pain from that and the "dog bone implant" to protect my hip replacement in Oct 2016 due to the "slight crack?" Where can I go from here? I have been active all my life and now I am having problems getting in and out of a vehicle, up/down stairs and just every day attempting to walk without any pain.
