I Fractured My Nose A Year Ago. I Am 62

I fractured my nose a year ago. I am 62 female and fell down face first and smashed my nose. Had it x-rayed - didn't opt for surgery. Nose is a little crooked. It's OK. But I have symptoms that I believe are related to my nose break but am not sure. I have constant ringing in my ears, my vision has changed, my neck and jaw always hurt or just don't feel right. Do any of these symptoms seem related to you?
