I Fractured My Sacrum In Two Places 6 Weeks Ago

I fractured my sacrum in two places 6 weeks ago and have taken 100 mg of tramadol when the pain gets bad. Maybe twice a day 3 or 4 times a week. I had a bad cough and cold and also took some promethazine-codeine cough syrup (not my prescription) for the last two days in addition to the tramadol. Are there any interactions I should be aware of? Thank you.
