I Frequently Feel As Though My Butt Crack Is Wet.

I frequently feel as though my butt crack is wet. Is it sweat, or leakage, or something? I do have intermittent rectal prolapse, but it only happens when I poop and goes back in. I am very clean. The moisture doesn't seem to smell, like sweat or anything.
