I Frequently Have Pain After Urination About 4 Inches Below

I frequently have pain after urination about 4 inches below my belly button to my left (under my c section scar). It isn't necessarily a large amount of urine or every time. I pulled my IUD thinking this was the problem, but the pain has continued. Could this be cysts on my ovary? Not sure where my bladder is located...
