I Fx Distal Fibula Near Malleolus Almost 7 Weeks Ago.

I fx distal fibula near malleolus almost 7 weeks ago. It is not healing at all. I am concerned about whether or not I should of had surgery or will need to have at some point. I am 48 female. Was in hard cast for 3 weeks and in cam boot since then. Just returned to work this week and am in increased pain.
