I Gag My Gallbladder Remover On The 26th. I Haven't

I gag my gallbladder remover on the 26th. I haven't needed medication for the last few days because my pain is minimal to no existent . Today I had sudden onset headache. I fm an feel my whole brain pulsing. Now that I took ibuprofen it is not as bad . The pain has continued in the back oh my head towards the bottom and in my neck. Any recommendation on what I should do?
