I Gave An IM Injection In The Gluteal And There

I gave an IM injection in the gluteal and there was a little spurt of blood after I withdrew the needle, but the bleeding stopped with a little pressure and the patient seemed fine. I didn't see any blood with the injection of the needle. The medication was vivitrol which is very hard to push. Since the bleeding stopped relatively quickly and the patient had no complaints, is there any further concern?
