I Gave Been Sick To Years Have Major Headache Aches

I gave been sick to years have major headache aches and pressure and dizzy all the time. I was diagnosed with neck c5 and c6 spinal stenosis. I has acute head and neck trauma. Recently I was going through my medical notes and notice three doctors sent to my doctor for further investigation on my MRI head scan as there is a 11 mm mass possible cyst in my pineal gland. It's been 14 months and my doctor has overlooked. After several doctors running test on ears and my equalibrium no one can diagnose where my balance issue is comming from.
