I Gave Birth To Stillchild At 36 Weeks Of Pregnancy.

I gave birth to stillchild at 36 weeks of pregnancy. Cause not known .doctor has now asked for torch test . baby's skin found peeling on neck at time of delivery. He died for more than 48 hrs before deliver y. Does skin peeling indicates rubella as a cause? Could vaccination prior to conception avoid torch infection. Pl. Help
