I Gave Blood 3 Days Ago And The Med Tech

I gave blood 3 days ago and the med tech moved the needle when the blood slowed/stopped flowing. Now I have a large hematoma on my arm that is temder and sore to the touch sometimes aching. What should I do? I have reported it however; they haven't responded as yet.
