I Gave My 17 Year Old Daughter, Advil And A

I gave my 17 year old daughter, Advil and a Mucinex about 2 hours ago. She had a fever of 100.1 at the time. She has eaten and she was able to get at least 12 to 24 oz of water with them as well as some Gatorade. Can I give her some night time cold medicine to help her with her symptoms while she sleeps?
