I Gave My 2 1/2 Yr Old 3/4 Tsp Of

I gave my 2 1/2 yr old 3/4 tsp of benedryl at 9:00 pm for clear watery eyes rolling down her cheeks and hot water like clear runny nose that was making her miserable and severely burning and chapping her nose and lips..... now 3 hours later she is having a coughing fit and can't catch her breath to fall back asleep. Can I give her a dose of the Hylands 4 kids children's cold and cough medicine? None of the ingredients are the same and this cough medicine helped her 5 year old sister tremendously tonight.
